Refund And Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Sydney Chauffeurs requires the following as a minimum notice for cancellations:

General Transfers: 24 hours
Airport Arrivals: 24 hours
As Directed Hourly Hiring: 72 hours
Special Occasions: 7 Days
Weddings: 14 days
Christmas and NYE: Once booked and confirmed, any cancellations will result in a cancellation fee, which is equivalent to 100% of total price quoted/charged.

All cancellations made outside of these times will result in a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 50% of total price quoted for reservation.

Cancellations made within 4 hours will result in a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 80% of total price quoted for reservation.

ALL “No shows” will be charged a cancellation fee, which will be equivalent to 100% of total price quoted for reservation.

Sydney Chauffeurs requests a minimum 2 hour period (within office hours) for ANY amendments made to a booking.

***OUR STAFF RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE/CANCEL A BOOKING AT ANY POINT DURING THE TRANSFER. PLEASE NOTE THAT AGGRESSIVE, INTOXICATED OR ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. IF A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED BY SUCH REASON, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED AT FULL COST***
