By placing a booking with Sydney Chauffeurs you agree to the following terms and conditions and authorise Sydney Chauffeurs to charge your account in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to charging in full for the reservation should you be considered a “no show”.

Its your responsibility to choose a correct service type.

Any transfer in which Bride/ Bridesmaids/ Groom/ Groomsmen are passengers or Getaway Cars are considered WEDDING TRANSFERS.

All concerts, sporting events are considered SPECIAL EVENT transfers.

Should a wrong service is chosen, You agree to pay any additional charges applied to supplied credit card post trip. Please contact Sydney Chauffeurs if you are unsure of service type.

WAITING CHARGES

AIRPORT PICKUPS

Sydney Chauffeurs monitors all flight arrival times to ensure that your chauffeur is at the terminal when you disembark. Regardless of how long your flight is delayed, normal waiting periods commence from ACTUAL flight arrival time, not scheduled arrival time.

Sydney Chauffeurs provides 15 minutes complimentary wait time for Domestic Arrivals and 50 minutes for International Arrivals. Any additional waiting time will be charged in 10 minute blocks at $50 per block unless prearranged at the time of booking.

If you require extra time at airport, please advise at time of reservation. You can do this by writing in comments/additional information section or by email reservations@sydneycitychauffeurs.com.au . If no special pickup instructions are provided in reservation request, Sydney Chauffeurs will work around actual landing time of flight.

GENERAL PICKUPS

Sydney Chauffeurs offers a complimentary wait time of fifteen (10) minutes when servicing your booking. Any additional wait time will be charged in fifteen (10) minute blocks at $50.00 per fifteen (10) minutes.

MULTIPLE PICKUPS

If there are multiple pickup, complimentary waiting time of 10 minutes applies on first pickup only. Any additional pickups have complimentary waiting time of 5 minutes, any additional wait will be charged in fifteen (10) minute blocks at $50.00 per fifteen (10) minutes.

HOURLY/AS DIRECTED TRANSFERS

There is No Complimentary waiting time included with Hourly/As Directed transfers.

PAYMENT METHODS

Sydney Chauffeurs accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard & Direct Deposit at no charge. Payments made via American Express will attract a 3% service fee.

International Money transfer using SWIFT attracts $25 bank fees.

*Chauffeur gratuity is at your discretion.

Monthly tax invoice statements and accounts can be setup for frequent travelers. Please note that a minimum monthly spend & conditions apply. Please contact us for further information.
